It’s one of the most-watched automotive competitions each year: Executives and leaders wait in angst to learn if their newest models, on which they spent billions of dollars in development and marketing, make the World Car Awards finalist list for the best new cars of the year. The list is the result of a survey taken among top automotive journalists from around the world who also serve as jurors for the awards, and it’s the run-up to the top awards, which will be announced on March 27th.

ढोकला खाने में बहुत स्वादिष्ट और सेहत के लिए भी बहुत अच्छा होता है। वैसे तो ज्यादातर लोग इडली मेकर या स्टीमर में ढोकला बनाते हैं लेकिन हर किसी के पास ये नहीं होते हैं। लेकिन कूकर सभी लोगों के पास होता है। इसलिए इस लेख में हम आपको Cooker में Dhokla बनाने की Recipe बताएंगे। तो चलिए देखते हैं ढोकला बनाने की आसान व सरल विधि




ढोकला बनाने के लिए जरुरी सामग्री 

यह ढोकले की सामग्री 2 से चार लोगों के लिए है। कूकर में ढोकला बनाने के लिए जरुरी सामग्री इस प्रकार है - 

बेसन - 1 कप

नींबू का रस - 1 चम्मच

दही - 2 बड़ा चम्मच

हरी मिर्च और अदरक का पेस्ट - 1 बड़ा चम्मच

ईनो फ्रूट साल्ट - 1 छोटा चम्मच

हल्दी पाउडर - चुटकीभर

तेल - 1 छोटा चम्मच तेल

पानी - 2 कप

स्वादानुसार - नमक

तड़के के लिए

तेल - 1 बड़ा चम्मच

हींग - चुटकीभर

राई - आधा छोटा चम्मच

हरी मिर्च - 4 कटी हुई

कटी हुई धनियापत्ती - 2 बड़ा चम्मच

पानी- एक पानी

चीनी- एक छोटा चम्मच चीनी

प्रेशर कूकर

Dhokla Recipe in Hindi

ढोकला बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले एक बर्तन में बेसन छान लें। अब इसमें थोड़ा-थोड़ा पानी डालते हुए बेसन को न ज्यादा पतला और न ज्यादा गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना लें। पेस्ट में गुठलियां पड़ने से बचने के लिए पानी डालते-डालते साथ में चलाते रहे। 

अब इसमें नींबू का रस, नमक और दही डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें। अब इस मिश्रण को 1-2 घंटे के लिए ढककर रख दें, ताकि यह अच्छी तरह फूल जाए। अब इसमें हरी मिर्च अदरक का पेस्ट डालकर फिर से अच्छी फेंट लें। 

अब आप जिस बर्तन में ढोकला बनाना चाहते हैं उसमें तेल लगाकर चिकना कर लें। अब कूकर में 2-3 कप पानी डालकर तेज आंच पर गर्म होने के लिए रखें। 

अब इस बेसन के गाढ़े पेस्ट में ईनो फ्रूट साल्ट डालकर एक मिनट तक अच्छे से फेंटें। अब आप देखेंगे पेस्ट फूल गया है। 

अब बिना किसी देरी के इस मिश्रण को तेल लगे बर्तन में डालकर कूकर में रखें और ढक्कन बंद कर दें, ध्यान रखें कूकर की सीटी नहीं लगानी है। 

मध्यम आंच पर 20-25 मिनट तक भाप में पकाने के बाद कूकर का प्रेशर खत्म होने के बाद ढक्कन खोलें। अब ढोकले में चाकू गड़ाकर देख लें। अगर चाकू साफ है तो ढोकला पक गया है और अगर इसमें पेस्ट का गीलापन लगा है तो इसे 2-3 मिनट तक और पकाएं। 

अब तय समय बाद कूकर से ढोकला निकालें और कुछ देर के लिए ऐसे ही छोड़ दें। फिर ढोकले को छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें। अब तड़का पैन में तेल डालकर गर्म करें। जब तेल गर्म हो जाए तो इसमें हींग, राई, हरी मिर्च और करी पत्ता डालकर तड़का लगा लें। 

इस तड़के में एक कप पानी और चीनी डालकर एक उबाल लगाकर आंच बंद कर दें। तैयार तड़के को ढोकले पर डालें और धनियापत्ती से गार्निश करके खायें
